INVOICE & PAYMENTS
Invoices are submitted monthly. The invoice states the number of half-days/hours spent, the rate in Euros, and the taxes due (VAT or otherwise). Invoices must be paid by the client within thirty days of the invoice date, unless it is stated that payment takes place in advance. If this term is exceeded, the client shall owe statutory interest over the period of the delay, without any further notice of default being required.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Let's focus on* is bound by the guidelines and instructions provided by the client regarding the handling of confidential information and other data. Let's focus on* shall refrain from providing opinions and conclusions to third parties regarding the assignment, other than after consultation with the client.
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
Here is the English translation: The client obtains ownership of the advice, memoranda, and other written documents produced in the course of carrying out the assignment, and has the right to reproduce, publish, and use these for the purpose intended by the assignment. Models, materials, and techniques used by Let's focus on*, or developed by Let's focus on* in connection with the assignment, remain the full property of Let's focus on*. Use of these models and techniques by the client is permitted only with the prior written consent of Let's focus on*.
LIABILITY
Let's focus on* is only liable for shortcomings in the execution of the assignment, insofar as these result from the advisor's failure to observe the care, expertise, and professionalism that may reasonably be relied upon. However, liability for damage caused by these shortcomings is limited to the amount of the fee that Let's focus on* received for carrying out the assignment during the last 3 months of the assignment.
CANCELLATION/EARLY TERMINATION
Cancellation of a scheduled training, meeting, or course must be done in writing by registered letter. If a training is cancelled within four weeks of the scheduled start date, the client owes the full agreed fee. Coaching sessions cancelled within 4 working days will still be charged.
