Let’s focus onInfluence
Many professionals need to achieve results without having formal authority. They depend on colleagues, stakeholders, clients, or other teams to move things forward. This is often where the real challenge lies. How do you get people on board without pushing them? How do you address resistance constructively? How do you have conversations that lead to meaningful outcomes? And how do you remain effective when interests conflict or tensions arise?
Focus on Influence is an intensive development program for professionals who want to increase their impact in complex working environments. Participants gain greater insight into their own behaviour, learn to deal with resistance more effectively, and develop the ability to move between clarity, connection, and curiosity.
The result: professionals communicate more effectively, use their influencing skills with greater purpose, and build strong, sustainable working relationships — helping them achieve results while maintaining those relationships.

Program - Structure

360° Feedback-Tool
Before the program begins, each participant completes an online 360° feedback survey. Colleagues, managers, and people from their personal lives provide feedback, giving participants valuable insight into their own behaviour and how they influence others in different situations.
Day 1
Getting Started and Personal Analysis
Participants are introduced to the program and to one another. The first exercises provide immediate insight into their own communication and influencing styles.
Day 2
Insight and Practice
Participants explore how they influence others in different situations and practice a range of communication skills. There is ample opportunity for feedback and reflection, as well as for refining individual learning goals.
Day 3
Deeper Learning and Personalization
Building on the insights gained during the first two days, participants shape their own learning path. Through a choice of sessions and exercises, they focus on the skills and real-life situations that are most relevant to them.
Day 4
Putting Learning into Practice
The final day focuses on translating the learning into day-to-day practice. Participants prepare for specific conversations, practice with situations from their own work, and create a personal action plan for applying what they have learned after the program.
After the Program
After the program, participants receive an email reminding them of the personal behavioural goals they set during the program. They can contact the trainers at any time with questions or for additional support.
